Shipping policy

We hope that you are excited about your order, so we’ll do our best to get it out to you as quickly as we can.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday using Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class and International Standard services. We aim to post orders received before 1pm the same working day, though this is not guaranteed we just do our best. Orders received after 1pm, weekends or on Bank Holidays will be posted on the next working day.

We currently ship within the UK which includes the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man, Internationally to USA and Canada. If you are outside of these areas please do get in touch and we'll add your country to our list of shipping destinations. We are currently unable, to send products to residents of EU member states.

Royal Mail 1st class is estimated to arrive 1-2 working days following dispatch.
Royal Mail 2nd class is estimated to arrive 2-3 working days following dispatch.
Arrival times for Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man may take slightly longer and are outside of our control.
International Standard is estimated to arrive 7 days following dispatch but might take a little longer at busy times.                           

Customs charges
Any charges you may incur at customs are payable by you, the customer.

Returns Policy
You are within your rights to cancel any order but please do so in writing within 7 working days. If you have received your goods and you wish to return them, please contact us beforehand to arrange. Due to the nature of our products, goods can only be returned if they remain unopened and remain in the same condition as when you received them. Refunds for goods, which have been damaged whilst in your care will not be refunded. Refunds for unopened goods will be refunded upon receipt of the return.
