Returns

If you change your mind after placing your order, you are legally entitled to cancel an order before it is dispatched. Please contact us at help@touchbotanicals.co.uk promptly as orders are normally dispatched the same day. If your order is already on the way see below.

We want you to be confident to buy from us, therefore if you are not 100% happy with your Touch Botanicals products, you can return them to us within 14 days for a refund. To do this we ask for the returned products to be sent in their original packaging and unused.

No drama just tell us at help@touchbotanicals.co.uk you have something to return and we will send you a return number and a return address.

Please note we do not cover the cost of posting.

Once we have received your products and checked them, we will process a refund for you. This may take up to 7-10 days depending on the payment method.
